At CollectionBazzar.in, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver authentic and premium collectibles. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully:

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in unused and original condition, with packaging and invoice.

📝 To initiate a return, please email us at collectionbazzar0@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video and clear photos (mandatory for damage claims)

💸 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or wallet.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of our items, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Items bought under clearance or special offers

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Orders without proper unboxing video or proof of issue

📦 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. In case of a valid issue, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
