Oman 10 Baisa – AH1390 (1970) | Sultanate of Muscat & Oman
A historically significant copper coin from the Sultanate of Muscat and Oman, issued just before the country was renamed the Sultanate of Oman in 1970. The obverse features the denomination 10 Baisa in Arabic numerals with the Hijri year 1390, flanked by the national emblem (khanjar dagger with crossed swords). The reverse displays the full Arabic inscription of the Sultanate of Muscat and Oman with the royal emblem.
